Responsible Gambling
Keep gambling within your limits
Gambling can lead to financial harm. Decide what you can afford before playing and treat gambling as entertainment, not income.
- Set a spending limit that fits your finances and a time limit you will keep.
- Do not increase your stakes to recover a loss.
- Step away if you are tired or struggling to concentrate.
- Avoid gambling when under severe stress or the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
- Keep track of your play through a single account. Our terms prohibit registering or using more than one account.
Age and location
You must be at least 18 or the applicable legal gambling age if it is higher. We may check your identity and age. Keep account credentials away from children. A device content filter can provide another barrier.
The United Kingdom is one of our Restricted Territories. Access to our site does not mean you are eligible to register or gamble. We may block access and account use from Restricted Territories. Deposits made while you are in one may be forfeited.
Self-exclusion
If gambling is causing harm, or you want to stop for another reason, ask our support team for self-exclusion. Specify a period from 6 months to 5 years. Our support team will explain what else it needs. You may request self-exclusion by email, and we will put it in place within 24 hours.
The selected exclusion period cannot be reversed. During it, you cannot access your account or our gambling services, including deposits, withdrawals and the account balance. Creating another account during exclusion is prohibited and may lead to a permanent ban of the original account.
A request for permanent self-exclusion closes the account permanently and forfeits any remaining funds. Review these conditions before making a request.
